HPV? Help I’ve had mild discomfort in vagina

ive had unprotected sex regularly. i had itching in vagina along with clumpy white discharge so i got medication for a yeast infection but i noticed these bumps once the yeast infection cleared up

it could be VP (vestibular papillomatosis) or warts, you should get tested ASAP, in case it is hpv.
