two years ago I noticed some persistent rectal itching. I went to the doctor and they diagnosed everything from hemorrhoids to fissures. eventually, after a colonoscopy and biopsy it was clear I had HPV. There were several warts inside the colon. I went in for surgery and they removed the warts and my symptoms improved, for a while, but now the symptoms are back. Its now been two years and I still have terrible itching. I had another series of tests which revealed it is HPV 6 which is supposed to be low risk. I'm trying to manage symptoms with SOMXL which is basically just hydrogen peroxide and green tea extract. I notice using the extract as a suppository helps with the itching but its replaced by a dull ache. Assuming the ache was an indication of it working I continued using it but I notice my bowels become very irritated and my stool is misshapen to the point of being flat. I'm desperate. The doctors seem useless at this point and I don't know what to do. if someone can help...
