Hello, I had unprotected sex about a year ago and I developed this white bump on my penis head for more than 6 months, there is no itchiness and no pain and the size does not increase but when i tried to squeeze it a white wax/substance came out of it.... I have no idea what it is..... can anyone help?? !!

Most of the time yes, but on that one occasion which i had unprotected sex, i did not wash my penis immediately after sex, i just pee after sex, do u know what went wrong??? pls help

Looks like it maybe molluscum contagiosum virus.
Watch out if they burst as it can spread anywhere on your body via the pus. So wash your hands with soap after touching and keep those spots also well washed.

It could be as it can stick around for up to 2 years. However it could have be a regular pimple that got infected with something else. Both would match your description.
