it’s harmless don’t worry I have those too. they are called pearly penile papules, totally benign.

I never had to explain anything it’s a normal thing don’t worry. Some ppl have larger ones than you have, you can simply state if anyone asks that it’s a benign condition and it’s not an STD and cannot be transmitted, most of the males have them. No need to be worried trust me.

looks like PPP. if theyre so bothersome a dr can give you something to help them decrease in size. again theyre totally benign so some drs might not want to mess with them. ive heard that some people have used apple cider vinegar on them. but be careful cause thats acidic and you can do some damage to yourself.
