I’ve had a swollen urethra with this small red/purple dot for maybe 6 months. Im a 24 year old male whose only had sex with 2 females and oral from one male about a year or so ago. Havent been to the doctors yet because I’m not sure what type of doctor to see. I have no other symptoms or discomfort at all, thinking its possibly HPV or a skin lesion? I also have gotten canker sores and plantar warts my whole life, which can sometimes be a related symptom to things like this.
looks like a small molluscum do not touch it and it seems to be healing being that the center is darken. they last for 6 months to a year. dont freak out and start bothering it. its healing just ignore it and no sex because it could spread even more on you or a partner.
