HPV OR VP?

so i just noticed this about 2-3 weeks ago i havnt really been sexually active. theres no discharge, pain or discomfort. but im not sure if its been spreading and i feel like i am paranoid that it is.. ive gone to the doc and they took a swab im just sitting in limbo waiting for a result. what do yall think?!

UPDATE. my cultures came back negative for HPV, in case anyone wanted to know it was actually due to a yeast infection
