I had bacterial vaginosis a few months ago, i got it treated but started noticing discharge and foul smell again a few weeks back. Also there was like small bumps on my labia minora and skin tags like growth in my vaginal opening but I ignored them thinking they're VP. But now they're starting to spread and they're everywhere. I don't know what to do. Can you please check if they're genital warts or VP?
