I apologize for my English, but I'm Italian I don't speak English well.
I wanted to know if these things can be warts ....
I have had candida twice and now and again I have some white discharge.
I have this growth in my vulva, which turns white when my vagina gets dry (I have been suffering from severe vaginal dryness for more than a month).
When the labia minora are closed, this growth is barely seen and is very light pink in color. But when I open my labia minora to watch those taste buds divide.
Tomorrow I will go to the gynecologist for a visit, I am so afraid ... I do not sleep at night ... I am afraid that I have attached something to my boyfriend and that he may think that he has betrayed him. Help please

Hi this looks like vestibular papillomatosis. You can google it but it often forms in the area you have it and they form in straight lines. Vestibular papillomatosis isnt an STD, it’s a normal harmless condition.
Hi, if the growth turns white or has been white it can be warts. That is generally an indicator, however if its from your normal discharge than you have nothing to worry about. Please keep us updated on the results from Doctor visit.
Hi, I’ve been to my gynecologist. He told me they are not warts. But it’s just skin that is irritated from dryness. He gave me a mild intimate soap and gel, I have to use cotton and non-synthetic underwear which might irritate. I have nothing sexually transmitted. I did the pap test and in 15 days I will have the result.
