It does look like oral herpes but it could also be canker sores. I am only guessing by photos I've seen online as I've never had this myself. You should see a doctor, especially if you're having trouble eating.
See a doctor for a proper diagnosis . Could be herpes could be canker sores. Could be anything. So better to get checked out. And if it is herpes they can swab the sores and get you the correct diagnosis
i just did go to the doctor and he said i am in developing stage of Hpv which cause warts on my penis and my immune system jist cant figjt the virus that make my lips dry and sore because of the virus attacked me. huhuhu

It doesn't strike me as HPV by looking at the photo, more like herpes (HSV). Did they run some tests on you or do any swabs?
