In early 2018, I had somehow contracted HPV and had some genital warts. I received cryotherapy which for the most part worked but within a few months, one more wart returned. I had it frozen off but i dont think it was entirely removed. I then got a self cryo kit (late 2019) and froze the remainder off (bad idea) and it left a darkish mark on my penis which is still visible, but does not appear to be the wart, more of slightly raised scar. I recently had unprotected sex for a mere number of seconds before realising this was a bad idea not using protection. I will arrange to visit my clinic next week but was curious for your thoughts on the likelihood of transmission. Intercourse was a matter of seconds, and I contracted HPV over 2 years ago. Is it possible my body should have fought off the virus at this stage?
HPV is treatable but not cureable, your best bet with your history is to go in AND inform the other person involved
