Im super worried. I have these bumps and growths in my vagina. Im very scared. I have had sex, Ive never been tested. Im honestly scared to ask my doctor. should I be really worried about this. Should I get a STI and PAP test? It doesn't hurt at all, sometimes it is a little itchy but nothing really bad. It just looks terrible and Im worried about this. I know how stupid I sound, this is concerning and I really should see a doctor but with Covid, my doctor is only seeing urgent care patients.
There is nothing wrong with your vulva, it looks normal.

I agree with john, the photos only show Fordyce spots and vestibular papillomas which are normal.
