Hello!! So a few months ago these bumps started to show up. I've never had unprotected sex but I know that condoms don't always protect yourself from GW. Its weird because some days they look worse than others, but they never do fully go away. The bumps themselves don't hurt or itch, but recently I started to develop a white discharge and today started to have really bad itching (think that those symptoms may be a yeast infection developing). Also I dont know if this could be related, but I had my period for a solid 7 months from birth control problems, and I never had any problem with itching or irritation then. But does anyone know what these little bumps are inside my labia minora? I'm really nervous because I am in a relationship and if it is something serious, I don't know how my S/O will react. Please help me!!

I would say it looks like fordyce spots
i dont see any bumps. looks normal to me most likely inflamed vulva from yeast infection swelling
