Hpv warts inside vagina?

Can somebody tell me if these are hpv warts or herpes? Im freaking out i have been feeling vaginal burning and anal itching.Also just recently went to the drs for intense pelvic pain and they told me it was a uti and im on antibiotics now. My pelvic pain seems to have gone away but im still feeling vaginal burning and anal itching. Also got tested negative for all common stds. Going to get tested for hpv and hsv1-2 tomorrow. In the first picture im pushing out vagina so u can see bumps better. second is relaxed pic

I hate to be posting this under the post of another person but for some reason i can’t find the option to start a new discussion. Anyone know how to fix this?
I get a red, sore to the touch “line” from my buttcrack into my anus. it doesn’t ever itch but burns only to touch. this past week it happened again,and its been here for some time now… it started out a darker shade of red and now after consistently applying a baby diaper rash cream it has settled into a faded slightly shiny pink? I can’t go see a doctor about this because I’m in quarantine… I even tried a sitz bath with borax to heal the skin… any ideas? WARNING: Will attach photos
