ive noticed these weird lesions in my vagina , im having trouble with peeing and im having some mild cramps at time . they have grown since the last time ive noticed them . ive only been with one guy and he is my first everything . we started being sexually active 3 months ago . im not sure what to do , im too scared to mention anything . i havent noticed any warts on him while we are doing things but i noticed them on me . im not 100% sure if these are warts tho . what should i do ?
it looks more like Vestibular Papillomatosis. aka “Vp” i would get tested for genital warts and maybe even herpes to be safe. I would advise all sex be protected with condoms and dental dams. although i would heavily advise not having any further sexual contact until you fully understand whats causing this. Std’s & Sti’s are hard to talk about with partners but its extremely neglectful to not tell your partner that theyre potentially exposed to something themselves. it would be just as scary for them as it is for you right now. i would make him understand that you’ve not cheated and would like to stop having sex. Youre are concerned for his safety and yours.
your partner can also have no symptoms of herpes (and many other diseases) but still carry the disease and give it on to you. this means he unknowingly might have. it would be good for him to test as well.
can you post another picture? can’t really identify because i can’t see how it grows from the labia. My warts are like these though, they’re filaments.
