I started taking hrt a few days ago and have been hit by the worst headache and fatigue
Is this typical and just my body adjusting to the medication in anybodies experience ?
This whole thing is literally draining me ..i want my life back !! 😊
Maybe it's your body adjusting. HRT doesn't agree with me. It make me have a period, I was tired all the time, and it made my hair brittle to the point where it started falling out. But everyone is different.
Hi Samantha ...I'm 56yrs old and started HRT 8mths ago.
For 2days during my cycle I get an awful headache and the fatigue is debilitating!
But for me the positives far outweigh the negatives.
