i started on 1mg Elleste Duet and my body issues such as dry skin and bloating started to ease but did not help so much with anxiety and very low mood. I then increased to 2mg which help to relieve anxiety also, happy days. But still my stomach is very bloated and gp now says i am taking to much oestrogen i then lowered again to 1mg stomach still bloated and now feel depressed again. i have tried patches but for some reason they did not help at all which surprised my gp. Hoping to get some information from others and there experiences on getting HRT levels working for them?? I am so confused
HRT didn’t agree with me. It made me feel like I had been run over by a truck and my hair became brittle and started to fall out, and it started bothering my fibroids. That was the second time. The first time I was on it I had a light period the entire time I was on it(three months). After six months on it the second time I got off it and never looked back. I was on the Combipatch.
