Struggling with anxiety on 2nd lot of ads now doc added hrt been having peri symptons few years hoping that is causing some anxiety too anyone who's took hrt how long before I might see an improvement please.
when i started hrt i saw improvment within 2weeks maybe less im on a light dose well i think its light im on femston conti ive been on it for7 yrs i dont know how long more il get it for im almost 58 ive often thought i should give it up but i feel so well on it i took it first day because i could not get a full hour sleep and got migraines from lack of sleep and hot flashes were constant so all that changed when i took hrt
Hi I'm on elestte duo / mg or summat like that still have periods some normal some every 2 weeks then 8 weeks then just spotting them flooding so hopefully will calm down its my anxiety that's horrendous it's unbearable and doc thinks hormones could be playing a part
