If one partner has hsv 1 orally and the other has hsv 1 genitally is the person who has it orally safe? Can they still get it genitally from the other? Like are they immune to it? Hope that makes sense.
Once the virus is in ur system there's nothing to worry about.. still wouldn't suggest doing anything during an outbreak
There should be immunity from getting it elsewhere after 4 months, which is when full antibody production should have developed. Agree with Jessica that it's still best to avoid outbreaks.
