I haven't personally, but there are others on here who have, and I know (from extensive reading) that it's completely possible to have a normal pregnancy and delivery with herpes.
What's important is telling your ob/gyn about your status. You may be advised to go on suppressive therapy in the third trimester (safe for the baby) to prevent an outbreak at the time of delivery. Any sign of herpes, however, will typically necessitate a C-section. If natural, the ob/gyn should avoid any instruments or procedures that may puncture the baby's skin while in the birth canal.
The worst scenario is a woman who acquires herpes during pregnancy, especially late pregnancy. Since you already have it as well as the antibodies, that is a much better scenario. Check out ASHA's website for more information, or the CDC.
