Hsv 2 on tongue

Hi guys hope everyone is fine 

Sorry just have few question to ask 

1) can hsv 2 occur on tongue and cause burning sensation under tongue and cause sore at the back of tongue without any sores outside the lip?

I need to know the answer to this question too.

I had sores in my mouth but the doctor says it’s canker sores they go away and come back. I don’t have sores on the outside of my mouth but sometimes it itch and tingle

HSV2 rarely breaks out orally at all and herpes typically does not affect the tongue, but rather the hard tissues of the mouth, and much more usually, the outside lip area. Canker sores are not uncommon on the tongue, though.

God so what is wrong with me serious I need to do full blood screening am tired for sure my tongue is not normal at all.

Was your exposure to the mouth or only groin?

The exposure is on the mouth specifically the tongue
