I recently just got a Hsv 1&2 blood test done i was more worried about HSV 2 because i felt like i had symptoms and when i went to doctor the sores i had went away and i had one bump but the doctor said it was a ingrown . Can there be false negative results all my results came back negative . Please HELP!
that all depends on when did u notice the bump. was it days or weeks after an encounter of concern? a type specific IgG test is most reliable after about 16 weeks.
how long after sex did you get tested?
