So I have had cold sores since I was young.. And I gave my boyfriend oral sex when one of the cold sores had scabbed over. Recently every time I perform oral sex on him I get a cold sore a few days later. Does this mean that I have given h the virus and it is being spread back to my lips each time I perform oral sex? And can I get hsv1 genitally even though I have it orally? 😐😐

No, that is not what is happening. Herpes doesn't ping pong back and forth. Once you have had it orally for some time, you *should* be immune from getting it elsewhere.
