HSV1IGG Antibody Index value vs HSV2’s

I noticed a sore near my anus two days ago only because body soap burned it. I had no pain, burning, itching. I even popped/squeezed it with small pain as when I pop a pimple.

my HSV1 IGG Antibody index is >58.00 H
my HSV2 IGG Antibpdy index is 5.21H

Isn’t the HSV2 supposed to be high if I am having anal herpes outbreak/sore? My test should have more hsv2 antibody if I almost healed from a sore caused by it?

No symptoms and pain at all rather than this small painless sore I probably popped too

I don’t know what the values are for someone who has had the infection for long periods of time but when I tested negative for HSV-2 my levels of igg were 0.17 so 5.21 is significantly higher. I am only a nursing student but my interpretation of this information would be that the HSV-1 infection is much older, likely childhood, and the HSV-2 infection was contracted in adulthood with less time to produce antibodies. both are positive.
