recently i felt itchy down there, no pain with urination, but decided to touch the spot that felt tingly the most and it burned. I looked down and the opening of the vagina is white with white discharge. I cant wipe the white off my vagina opening. but the bottom of the vagina opening (fourchette) is red, and it burns/stings when i touch it. my vulva feels irritated but specially the fourchette. could this be Herpes or a yeast infection?
I did have intercourse about about 5 months ago and 2 days later the same symptoms happened and the same spot was burning (fourchette).
I have a dr appointment in 2 days
The dr did say it looks like a small ulcer on my fourchette so he did a pcr test and a cervix culture. it was really painful when he swabbed my “fourchette”. i should know the results tonight
update… Dr swabbed me on Tuesday and I’m still waiting for my results. I believe there was an error because he also swabbed my cervix and that test says “wrong UVT sent/wrong spicement” … still waiting to hear from him
