I'm not sure what caused it, i started running again and my knees felt "weird" i also did the limbo (no pain, but may e this did something) recently had a mri, which came back normal... but my knees are clicking and i find it hard going up and down stairs. i get occasional pain on the inside of my kneecap. I'm not sure what the issue could be, I'm guessing meniscus tear or tracking issue. any help would be great
