Hydrocele surgery

Hi,

I literally today had hydrocele surgery on my left testicle, it was fairly big about the size of a small lemon.
I thought the operation had gone well as immediately after the operation it felt much much smaller, almost normal sized.
Only 8 hours have passed since and it now feel big again, not as big as it was prior, but certainly considerably bigger than immediately after surgery!

I am really hoping this isnt a sign of it returning already and just swelling that is occuring.

Has anyone been through the same thing and could advise me of your experience?

I had the same problem and I went back to the urologist who confirmed that the hydrocele had returned. Then it went away and has not returned. I suggest you wait a couple months to see if it goes away.
