Hi wondering if. Anyone one can help as feeling so unwell with symptoms one day I feel very restless agitation anxious and the next I feel dreadful lifeless can’t get out of bed I wake with sweats hight heart rate and high bp and jittery I have goitre and my tsh has been falling over the past few months tsh is currently 0.8 t3 is 5.2 and t4 is 21.1 can anyone advise advise thank you
