Hi girls, anyone knows about this in menopause I was wondering if it relates to the Post I put up yesterday (chest Feelings) this I include with what happens to me at night as well someone mention this to me and was wondering if could be that..this person also had it when she try to fall off to sleep, don't know what to think as I can't put a name to it.

Do you mean when you are falling off to sleep your body jerks or a leg jerks? Yes, I have had this problem before.
I just fall off to sleep and my whole body will jerk and I wake up. It happens over and over. It doesn't happen all the time. Once in a while. But definitely aggravating.

I don't know could be or twitching something along those lines and believe you me it ain't nice..it happening every 3 seconds so no sleep for a few days..had to go to dr for meds now
I take 2 Benadryl at bedtime so I can sleep. I have for years now.
I do get those twitches too when trying to sleep.
Very irritating.
