i have, Fabriomyalgia, diverticularitist, IBS, ortho athritist, IBS, enlarged liver, etc, but yet again after a falling out with a family member, she got real bitchy and said that I just pretend to be ill, and said I was a hyperchondriac, and only acted. I'm furious, I told her to live a day in my life then decide, however out of all the nasty things she said this hurt me so bad, as I do struggle day to day. Anyone else had this nasty comment?

I get flare ups, which start with pain in the abdomen and then pain spreads down my left hand side, I can take diaharroah or constipation or both, I then have to go to hospital for intravenous antibiotics, it can be so painful
