Hello, can you give insights to my medical condition? Patient information: -smoker -49 year old -female -68kg, 5'1 height 1️⃣ Hypertension 2️⃣ Transient ischemic attack 190/80 bp last week. (numbing of half of the body) 3️⃣ Proteinuria kidney function problem 4️⃣ Radiating pain from lower back to abdomen (happened once) 5️⃣ Blood test: 1. high BUA: Hyperuricemia -Meat consumption -Kidney unable to filter uric acid 2. High triglycerides: -overeating, smoking, -Kidney problem 3. High total cholesterol -meat, shell food -Weight gain 4. high sgpt/alt and asgot/ast -damage or irritation to liver cells -this enzyme leaks to blood
