I suffer really bad at the moment, I'm not on meds or anything, I wanna fight this without because I did ten years ago.. everyday I find myself watching my breathing, making myself breath to the point where I've had enough. Someone said try hypnosis, just wonderd if anyone tried this?

I tried self hypnosis through Youtube and Apple music. They have helped me out tremendously. You can do them right before going to bed or while relaxing at home. I still do them whenever my anxiety gets high. You should definitely try it!
I've just started hypnotherapy because of a particularly bad bout of anxiety. I've had 2 sessions so far and I've also got a CD with the therapist talking for me to listen to at home. I actually think that it is starting to help.

Hi Jordon...just had my third session of hypnosis...she give me a tape to listen to every night..last night I fell asleep half way through it,I find it relaxing.but she did say I might feel worse, before I get better..go for it...anything is worth a try, I intend to carry on with it..x
