I don't know if this will be allowed by the board admin. but this article is interesting. I don't know if the therapy is being used in the US. I've suffered from IBS all my adult life and the removal of my gall bladder has made my life a living hell at times. Right on, as a matter of fact. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-6462587/Irritable-bowel-syndrome-relieved-thousands-using-hypnosis-study-reveals.html
Hey Frezzled,
Thank you for sharing, It is indeed interesting.
I do believe in that too, As many of my symptoms control credit goes to yoga and meditation.
So hypnotherapy can indeed make a long lasting difference if we do it regularly.
I appreciate. Thank you.
I was either the first or one of the 1st people to have hypnotherapy in the 80s for ibs on the nhs in Manchester
Although I believe in the treatment i cant say i noticed any improvement in my ibs im afraid.
I too found having my gall bladder out made my ibs worse- am at a loss now as to how to help myself
