Hypnotherapy

has anyone ever tried hypnotherapy? If so does it work or at least help?

I've tried it, didn't help. The main theme of hypnotherapy is to be able to relax and access your subconsciousness. I couldn't relax cause I was so anxious all the time. The only thing that I found help in is understanding why things happen and how to stop it. It's no lie when people say it's all controlled with your breathing. For many months I was like 'I'm breathing right!' But just cause you're breathing doesn't mean you're breathing correctly. Learn some meditation or yoga but definitely learn to deep breathe. Also see a talking therapist to talk about what's bothering you, you'll be surprised how much better you feel when you know why you're anxious!

Thought about it but I tried reflexology that made me I'll and cost £30 so not done anything about it yet incase that's another waste of money which I really can't afford while I'm on sick from work but I've heard lots of good things about it so give it a try

I have booked in a session for next week. Luckily I know someone that does it so it's not costing a fortune! I am willing to try anything at the minute. Fingers crossed 

I was told many times hypno therapy does not work on panic disorders. Need cbt and meditation. Unfortunately the mind of a person with anxiety disorders is too fearful to accept the hypnosis or regster it correctly and hypnosis is specific.
