Hypohondriac about vaccine side effects

Hello all, i am new here. Sorry if i make any mistakes on writing, english is not my motherlanguage.

A month ago i got a tick and tetanus/diphteria vaccine done, till the day when i start google all possible side effects, i was feeling fine, no problem at all, but as usual, google ruined everything. I know i cant google the syptoms but i made this mistake again. As we have a lots of ticks this year and i injured myself with rusted barb wire so i was panicing over getting a tetanus before that and now same rollercoaster goes on with possible side effects. By the moment i decided to make a vaccination, i was 100% sure that is the right thing to do.

Now i have all the syptoms you can imagine, weakness in legs, pressure feeling in head, funny feeling in my mouth and so on.

I am terrified about the side effects, especally the neurological side effects.

My anxiety goes trough roof, if you have a anxiety wich makes you feel like crap every day and now the fear of sideeffects, you cant separte the one bad feeling from other and thats making it even worst.

Why do you state that English is a language you have a problem with, when you plainly understand it fine - apart from the times when you obviously put deliberate mistakes in? Really why do that? Just means I'll totally ignore you now, such a pointless thing to do.

Hello

I am not from UK and english i understand with no problem but my writing is not so good.

So i am sorry if this affeneded you.

Have a nice day

Best not to google at all as it only adds to your anxiety. Try relaxation when you start to worry. Relaxing music or light hearted reading. Deep breathing and think positive thoughts. Don't worry about your writing, i can see that you have an understanding of English and the English language is harder to spell. Your doing fine.

Elizabeth.
