Hysterectomy 3 weeks ago my bladder was cut!

I had a hysterectomy 3 weeks ago the doctor cut my bladder by accident I had to go home with a Catheter. . I have noticed in my urine bag I still have particles of blood pieces pass this is still an I had this 3 weeks ago is this normal? Hoping to have this removed this week..

So sorry this happened to you!  I would call the doctor's office and find out whether this is normal or not.  It doesn't sound normal at all to me.
