I find it weird that my penis hasn’t grown and I’m going to be 18 in 2 months and there’s a lot of pubic, I’m really worried. My flaccid penis length is 3.5 to 3.7 inches.

At the risk of sounding inappropriate, what is your erect penis size? Your flaccid length certainly falls into the average range.
