A general doc will probably tell you no but if you want normalcy back in your life I would locate a good alternative or holistic doc in your area. I’m 61, been on bio identical hormones for almost 6 years when my periods ended. I wouldn’t be without my hormones. Worth every penny to have my health and my life back. Women do not need to suffer with this stuff. Good luck!

hi Jude can you tell me if you tried the regular hormones first ? i am thinking of switching to bio identical because i am still sick every single day nothing as bad as before hormones but it has been almost 6 months its taking so long to feel good

If your talking about the regular hormones being synthetic, no, never took them. I started with bio identical creams and then went to pellets. Having a doctor that is well versed in hormone therapy, running labs and taking the time to explain everything to you is very important.
