Hey I jus found out yesterday I have GH they didn test me are anything she jus looked at it n told me what it was n described me antibiotics to take 3 times a day for 10

Days on top of that I have a UTI and yeast infection I jus got over menigitis a month ago #thankgod I'm still alive but with all the testing they did n blood took it seems like they would have caught it r it would of showed up in my blood work like they literally took blood everyday.. it started Friday I shaved my vagina area I actually did it with a old razor I had used earlier that week for my underarms so I thought I had extreme razor burn/bumps but wen I showed her she said it was GH I'm not sure what is goin on all I know is it is extremely extremely painful n I do have like sores around the opening of my vagina but they are closed if I do have GH which it's possible from my BF of 7 years he is also the father of our 3 yr old son we went thru a rough patch wea he stepped out on me so I'm guessing that's wea it came from I jus don't kno what to do I keep cryin cryin I can barely wipe n wen i urinate OH MY GOD I've been puttin Vaseline on it every chance I think about it n it soothes it jus a little mostly Til I urinate while I'm sittin down it doesn't really bother me I jus need some type of advice any advice should I still get the actual test done even tho she said that's what it looks like which I was really truly hoping it came from the old razor I know this is a lot n I've been goin thru it meningitis now this I jus can't catch a break I jus need any help r advice ANYTHING!!!!! I feel like I am ruin I jus feel like givin up I jus want this outbreak to b over already goin on 5 days but I jus starred my antibiotics yesterday how soon will they kick in n start to feel some type of relief any relief would help me

I had the same pain as you if the antibiotics don't work they didn't for me you are going to have to ask for an antibiotic shot it was the only thing that was the only thing that worked for me

Antibiotics?!? If it was GH, they should have prescribed you Valtrex?!? Did they do a swab ? Do you know if you have HSV-1 or HSV-2?

No my gyn jus told me that's what it looked like she said they don't have the actually test to tell me if it's for sure GH I was prescribed acyclovir

Acycolovir alone is not helping me.

I would see holistic doctor but they would not accept any insurance.

Today I feel a little better day 3 on the acyclovir only time I'm in extreme pain now is wen I urinate I looked down there the blisters have opened hopefully they will start to heal over soon urinating is horrible 😩

Still take be test. Doctors can be wrong half the time. I've been doing a lot of research and many people have thought the same as you and turned out to be the complete opposite of herpes
