I have had numerous tests in the last couple weeks. Tests involving my heart. I had two week holter and 3 ekgs by different doctors and last week an echo. He says my heart rate is fast and I have a inappropriate sinus node tachycardia , I can leave this untreated even he said. He said normal heart rythm and a healthy geart. My heart rate is over 100 while moving around and sometimes shoots up even higher. I live in the 100s while I move and while I sit stay in 70-90. I also get really affected by heat. I amost passed out after being in the sun for an hour the other day. I just feel like something is wrong with my body and doctors keep telling me im healthy but i feel awful. Ive been diagnosed with gastroparesis, sinus node tachycardia and anxiety. I guess I was hoping for a diagnosis that I could fix. They relatively think I am healthy and I feel like a 90 year old. Maybe my anxiety takes my symptoms and amplifies them.... i get at least one panick attack a day that lasts 10 min or so. I just wish even with the good news about my heart I would feel better but I dont. Anyone else unsatisifed by their good news??
Pots syndrome?
I did a 14-day test with clear results. Anxiety makes it hard to accept nothing else is wrong. My doctor says exercise and let it go…
