Yesterday I ejaculated at night but held the tip of my pennis with my fingers to decrease the amount of semen so i dont have to take a shower. I woke up and had two red dots at the head of my pennis that hurt me when I touched them. In fact this is my second time to have red dots appear but the first time to feel pain. PLEASE HELP ME.

I am think you might have just caused a bruise where blood is just under the skin from pinching it too hard/tight with your fingers. I knew some who used to do that and he told me he would have little red dots on the head of his penis afterwards. He didn’t want to deal with the mess and he said he pinch it off so hard that nothing came out. I am sure that just forced the semen into the bladder. Probably not something you should be doing as it might cause some other problems internally too? Like I said, probably just a bruise, but if you want to upload some pictures of it I am sure someone here can tell you. Good luck and it clears up soon!
