When I go out like today to the park i was very dizzy, my eyes was keeping going shut.
I told my doctor about it but he didin't even seem intrested.
If you want more detailed explanation then please let me know.
I hope i get an quick reply i think it is something serious.
See you say classroom have you just begun your periods or are you at the other end and are peri or menopausal - generally 35to40 or above.
Have you had an earache or discharge from your ear(s) or do they seem blocked?
When did you last have your eyes tested?
Please see an ENT specialist as soon as possible. I had similar symptoms, and took over three months to get better because my doctor was dismissive. The only thing that helpedme was vrt exercises, and I should have been instructed to start them much earlier . Good luck. It will probably get worse before it gets better.
Hi Tazchurch,
I have not had periods since May, but last week I had it for 2 days but very little. I have not had any earaches or discharges from ears and they are not blocked.
I had my eyes checked last year, but they told me to wear it when looking ate the board or laptop.
But like today i couldn't even walk or concentrate on anything!
I think my dizziness is getting worser ;(
Hi jessica49796
What was the casue of you getting dizziness? And what was the treatment?
What is a vrt excersice? Should I book an new appointment with the doctor?
Please Help!
After having blood work and an MRI done, they found no reason for my almost constant dizziness. I finally got in to an ENT who ran tests and said this: I have trauma to my left inner ear caused by a virus of UN known origin. They said three to six months to recover. I was devastated. I wanted a treatment. The only treatment they gave me were vestibular rehabilitation exercises. After three weeks of the exercises I was 90% better. I missed two months of work from this fluke illness I'd never heard of before. You can Google the exercises, or find them on you tube. Try searching vertigo exercises. You definitely should pressure your doctor to get you started on these, as well as be examined by an ENT to ensure no permanent damage is happening to your ears. I hope this is helpful. I know you're scared. Let me know what other questions you have.
To help in the mean time, an affordable over the counte r medicine called meclizine will help. Also try drinking 7up and eating bananas. If your eyes are sensitive and screens make you sick, try sunglasses or even better some 1.0 weak power reading glasses from the pharmacy. All of these helped me get back to living my life.
Hi Jessica
Thank you very much for your advice! I am very appreciated.
Do you have to book an appointment with a ENT?
I don't think that i have any problem with my ears to be honest.
I think your dizziness was really worse as you took 2 months off from work.
You are a very caring female!
You asked for my age and why was that?
