I have a lot of different symptoms and I want your opinion on what should I do I have felt
Brain fog and headaches that comes and goes all day long and passes at night
Lethargy and fatigue
Head muscles tantion. gastroenterological problems and weird stool
I get random anxiety attacks in the mornings mostly for witch I get Valerian herb that helps a lot
I also have gerd that gets worst by anxiety
Also I have a muscle weakness
Finally I want to add that this has started 3 months ago with some other health problems I had do you think this is from anxiety or something else
Hi Andrew, sounds like classic anxiety symptoms, any and every part of the body can react to anxiety, but go see your GP to get confirmation.
It may sound difficult, but working out would be a good way to combat some of these symptoms. I had perceived muscle weakness and fatigue at the height of my anxiety. Working up to being able to run was a good way to prove to myself that I wasn't as tired or weak as I felt.

Yes I have the same symptoms.
I feel so weak and have hard time sitting straight up too.
Also when I train with weights my muscles get to a point they are so weak and can't lift anything anymore. I also get some sort of tension in my head/jaw.
