i have 3 bumps on my sack and i am freaking out. it doesnt hurt nor does it itch and it not blistered. im afraid its herpes.

blisters /open sores /scabs pain when urinating swollen glads and flu like symptoms

what u have is not herpes they are fordyce spots and are oil under the skin not an std of any kind and most men have them they are common on the testicles and the shaft of the penis
