It is not the usual acid reflux, which I do get and am taking nexium for. It is when the food goes down as it passes a certain point, which is on top of the right breast in the middle bit it feels like there maybe a lump or something that shouldn't be there. To be clear, the lump is not on the breast, if it is a lump, it just feels as if there is one in that area when I swallow on the inside. I hope that makes sense! I even confused myself a little bit there! Does anyone understand what I mean or had anything similar?

I would go to gastroenterologist and ask their opinion! I actually just went to mine yesterday, I mentioned having a dull pain in my chest after sleeping, and how sometimes when I’m eating certain foods (like something very dry), it feels like it gets stuck a bit in my throat. But then I drink water I can feel it moving down to my stomach. He recommended an endoscopy to check for any inflammation in my esophagus.
