I am new to gabapentin. How long does the flu like symptoms last?

i was on lyrica. Worked great but too costly. Switched to gabapentin 300 3x daily 4 days ago. Flu like symptoms... Body aches but legs and joints so achey and small stabbing pains all over. How long does this last? Thanks

The thing about this, and other similar drugs- they have loads of sides- but they don't affect anyone the same!! Flu like symptoms is a new one to me, I would give it a week, as you may have a bug!!

I started on gabapentin last night and I've felt flu like symptoms all day. I'm due to take another tonight.

Much too long for me. But I pushed myself a little fast in the beginning .
