Are you in a lot of pain or experiencing flu like symptoms? This does depict herpes, but I would get it swabbed asap so they can differentiate between HSV 1 or HSV 2, or it could even be another infection. Just get swabbed for a peace of mind! I was diagnosed with genital HSV 1 last Tuesday and my sores looked exactly like the two yellow scabs you have and the two black pitted scabs on the upper left hand side of the picture.
