they do not hurt and cannot be popped. only been there for 2 days as far as i know. havent had any other symptoms. a few headaches but not sure if theyre related. i believe they did have hair follicles in them, but i shaved them away to see it better. besides that havent shaved in a while. anyone have any idea? 23 year old male. these are on the underside of my penis and i am sexually active

how did you get the scabs? from picking at it? if there was no fluid filled blisters that’s a good sign. but the scabs and the grouped bumps are a little concerning.

there was no fluid filled blisters. those little black specs you see are what i believe to be hair follicles. i shaved them away because i saw the bumps and wanted to see it more clearly. they do not hurt or ever had fluid in them to my knowledge and they dont hurt but i did try to pop them when i first saw them and got nothing.
