I am not sure what this is on my penis and the surrounding skin.

I noticed that I had this paling for a while, it's itchy if I mess with it. No pain or anything, its just there and not sure why its there and the cause.

i tried looking online about this and can't find anything about, assuming it if something to do with lack of melatonin or something.. not really soild on any answers.

Hi it could be a fungal infection or yeast infection but not sure. could also be one of the lichen skin condition! so best to have it checked with your doctor.
