I am not sure whether these lumps/spots on my anus are lumps/spots are hemmoroids or hpv. I am not sure what to do.

Hi Adam, what do they look like, how big are they, and when did you notice them? 

i have had spots/lumps but without more information I can't really advise you what to do.
