I think your doctor diagnosed it as urinary tract infections or some sort. because the symptoms that you’re having. the inflamed tip of your penis might cause by bacteria.

Then you might stick to the medication as prescribed. Using cotton undies might help to keep your penis dry. Also change your underwear frequently if you sweat too much.

Hello an update,day 5 of taking antibiotics and anti parasite medications, my burning sensation during urination has improved. I am applying candidb during morning and night for past 3 days and I am noticing less irritation at the tip.
also today I noticed this black spot which is the cause for the pain when it comes into contact, I am managing this with candidb now. But you have any idea what is this

Thanks Hyeri… I am pretty confused now, so i visited my doc yesterday,and he gave me Gabantin and a multivitamin for next two weeks. I also noticed, if I stop using candidb ointment, I still feel nagging pain at the tip after 16 hours of previous application.
